- Tap or click Sign Up on your mobile or PC
- Fill out the form with your details. In the mobile number field, enter the number linked to your mobile money wallet
- Click on the Deposits button at the top of the page tab and select any of our recommended deposit methods
- Click Deposit and follow the steps to successfully make a deposit
- Your account balance will be updated with the amount you’ve deposited and will be reflected in the balance section at the top of the page
- You can place bets on your mobile or PC
- Once you have selected the game you want to bet on, choose the League and the Bet Type
- Tap or click your selections to add them to your Betslip
- Once you’re happy with the selection(s) and the bet amount, confirm your bet on the Betslip by tapping/clicking Place Bet
To withdraw funds simply:
- Log in and click the My Account button
- Click on Withdraw Funds
- Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw and tap or click Request Withdraw
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps:
- Click on the Forgot password link from the homepage of the website
- Enter your registered mobile number
- You will be sent your reset code via SMS
- Enter the reset code on the website
- Type in your new password
- Confirm your new password
- Log in and start betting
- Log into your Betway account
- Click the “My Account” tab on the top right hand corner
- Click the “My Bet” tab
- The “Open Bets” tab will populate all the bets which are still to be concluded, while the “Settled Bets” populates bets that have already been settled
This could be due to a connection timeout error on your mobile device or computer. We suggest that you perform the steps below to try and resolve the matter:
- Log out from your Betway account
- Clear the cache and cookies on your Internet browser as well as all temporary files
- Log back in and try again
Should the issue persist, please try from a different device or computer and check that your internet connection is not the issue. If the matter if still not resolved, please contact us and ensure you have the exact error message, your betting selections, and a screenshot of the error if possible to allow us to investigate and fix the problem for you.
In order to comply with Malawian regulations, and to keep your account safe and secure, we are legally required to request verification documents once you have deposited and withdrawn a cumulative total of MWK 500,000. The proof of identification you provide must match your registered name and surname.
