Indefinite Period of Self Exclusion
- Permanent Self-Exclusion: your account will be permanently closed and you will not be able to re-open it.
In the case of a permanent self-exclusion request, we will contact you with a view to returning any remaining funds in your account (a minimum value of MK1000 applies in this respect) and closing your account
To the extent that you opt for self-exclusion, however, you continue to make use of Our Services whilst the self-exclusion is pending action (either by maintaining active sessions indefinitely that were open prior to the self-exclusion, or, making use of Our Services during the designated time-period that it takes to apply the self-exclusion), we will not be liable for any loss whatsoever that you incur.
A request can be made to block a specific game and, in order to action this, an indemnity form will need to be completed. Upon receipt of the correctly completed indemnity form, the block of that specific game will occur within 48 hours and you indemnify us for any use of the Services within this period.
In order to unblock a specific game that has been blocked, a written request will need to be provided to us. The unblocking of that specific game will be actioned within 48 hours and you indemnify us for any use of the Services within this period
