Atletico Madrid will battle it out with Valencia CF in a Spanish La Liga match at the Estádio Cívitas Metropolitano on 28 January.

Atletico players Thomas Lemar, Marcos Paulo and Vitolo are currently injured while Reinildo Mandava will be back from national duty and the club has no suspension woes.
Valencia, on the other hand, have no suspension worries, but Andre Almeida is the only player on the club's injury list at the moment.

Valencia thrashed Atletico 3-0 in their last La Liga meeting which took place at the Estádio de Mestalla on 16 September 2023.
The win ended the Bats' 17-match winless run in the league against the Mattress Makers who had won 11 games and drawn six.
