Francesco Bagnaia will be looking to get his defence of the
MotoGP world title back on track by clinching the Indonesian MotoGP trophy.

The Ducati Lenovo Team rider was one of the clear favourites to win the recent 2023 Japanese MotoGP on 1 October after he started on the second grid.
However, Bagnaia was beaten to the chequered flag by his Ducati teammate Jorge Martin which saw the former collect 20 valuable points from the race.
Standings
The man nicknamed Pecco is still placed at the top of the riders' standings having accumulated 319 points from 14 races.
Pecco is now three points ahead of second-placed Martin with six races left in the current term and it looks like one of the two riders will win the 2023 MotoGP world title.

Why Bagnaia could win the 2023 Indonesian MotoGP
The 2018 Moto2 world champion will be under pressure to end his three-race winless run when he competes at the Mandalika International Street Circuit.
Pecco has won the most races (five) this season and he has what it takes to record his sixth victory this weekend.
What did he say?
"I was hoping to do more laps to catch Jorge because I was trying to gain (on him) lap by lap without pushing too much," Bagnaia said after the recent Japanese MotoGP.
"Unluckily, we didn't have time to finish the race... I think, with time management, I was quite competitive in the last part of the race.
"I think it will be interesting. Could be a great fight. For sure, it's more intense right now. It's more difficult."
